All our products are handmade in our studio in the Hague, The Netherlands. After the package is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. It can take up to 24 hours before your order can be tracked. To track your order, please enter the tracking code on the website of Post NL.
All of our products are sent with Post NL.
PostNL | The Netherlands | estimated shipping time 1-2 days.
PostNL | Europe | estimated shipping time 3-8 days.
PostNL | Worldwide | estimated shipping time 7-25 days.
Shipping costs:
The Netherlands: between €4,50-€7,50.
Europe: between €7,50-€12,50.
Worldwide: between €12,50-€22,00.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of international import duties and taxes. All countries outside the EU may be subjected to custom taxes and duties.
R E T U R N S
If you wish to return your order please send an e-mail to info@frenchtoaststudio.com to notify us. Please include your order details. A return request can be submitted within 14 days after the delivery. The products must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were upon receipt and with the original packaging.
Simply download and print the return form, fill it out and repack the item(s) together with the form.
Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges and making sure the parcel arrives safely back at our studio. We recommend that you choose a shipping option that provides tracking code.
We will send you an email to confirm your return has been received and the refund has been processed. Your refund (minus shipping costs) will be credited back via the original method of payment.
